Finally, the last few of these rather noisy wind machines that were installed to dry out our home as a means to recover from the water damage described earlier, were removed from our home. We are still used to yelling at each other, but I hope we can overcome that and get used to a normal voice volume pretty soon once routine kicks in again ...
Hope that the contractors remain on schedule with the paint job in our living and dining rooms and putting the floor back in there during this next week. Oh, and we are also scheduled to have our furnace replaced next week, too. Don't want to ever have its pilot light go off and put us through a similar experience again!
Anyway, we would really love to 'move in' again at least by next weekend. So, stay tuned ...
